Moss & Rocks...

A beautiful sunrise photo at Sandy Beach on the island of O'ahu standing to the right of the beach on the mossy rocks where fishermen lay their lines to catch early morning fish.

Surging water.

A long exposure of the water surging towards me as the waves roll in during sunrise at Sandy Beach on O'ahu's southeast shore.

Purple rays....

This accidental shot was taken while setting up to do long exposure shots of the sunrise at Sandy Beach on O'ahu's North Shore. The shot was taken handheld. The colors were bright and beautiful as the horizon turned from dark to light as the sun rose.

Purple Horizon.

Another handheld shot I took as I was setting up to shoot sunrise. The sun rose so quickly, I rushed to capture a glimpse of the bright rays peeking through the clouds as it rose.

Lavender rise.

A beautiful sunrise from the shores of Sandy Beach on the island of O'ahu (Hawai'i).

Golden moment.

The moment that the sun rises above the horizon, everything is cast in this beautiful golden glow for just a few minutes.
